These Terms govern your use of Noddery. They are short, clear and written for practical use.
Noddery provides a web service that helps users send polite, automated reminders for invoices and manage simple billing/subscriptions.
You may use the service for lawful business purposes only. You must not use Noddery to send spam, harass or defraud recipients, or to transmit illegal content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noddery and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 3 months, or $50 if you are on a free trial.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or where we suspect abuse. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing page. Termination does not relieve you of unpaid fees for past periods.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Noddery is operated. Any disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
