This Privacy Policy explains what data Noddery collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data. It is short and written plainly.

What we collect

• Account details: name and email you provide when registering.
• Invoice metadata: invoice number, customer name, email, amount, currency, due date, and status.
• Payment metadata: when you subscribe we store a Stripe customer identifier (no card data is stored on our servers).
• Usage and logs: IPs, timestamps, and basic activity to help operate and secure the service.

Why we collect it

We collect this information to operate the service: create your account, send invoice reminders, process subscriptions via Stripe, provide support, and detect abuse. Invoice fields are used to construct reminder messages you send to your customers.

How long we keep data

We keep account and invoice data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account we will remove or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax records) — in that case we'll retain only the minimum necessary.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We share limited data with third parties to provide the service:

• Stripe — to create customers, handle subscriptions and payments (Stripe handles card data).
• Email provider — to send reminders (we use a mail API; sender address is configurable).
• Service providers — analytics and hosting providers for operations and security.

Your rights

You can:

• Access your data via the app or request a copy.
• Request deletion of your account and personal data.
• Rectify incorrect information by editing your profile or invoices.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no internet service is fully risk-free; please use strong passwords and enable any available protections.

Children

Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
